FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will my order ship? Shirts typically ship within 3 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). Resin products typically ship within 5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). Fundraising items typically ship within 3-7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) from my location in Des Moines, IA.
How will my order ship? Your order will shipped via USPS out of Des Moines, IA and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.
Once my order has shipped, how long will it take to arrive? After your order has shipped, items typically arrive within 2-6 business days as long as there are no major delays within the USPS system.
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is correct. Little Five Designs is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I ordered the wrong size of shirt, can I exchange it for a different size? Yes. However you will be responsible for the postage to ship the shirt back to us and postage to ship the new shirt back to you. All exchanges must happen within 14 days of order being placed. Please e-mail email@example.com to initiate an exchange request.
How can I initiate a full refund? If you'd like to request a full refund, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include your order number. You will be responsible for postage to ship the order back to us. Once we receive your order and we have determined it is in a NEW, UNUSED condition, we will provide a full refund. All refunds must happen within 14 days of order being placed.
We are not able to allow exchanges or returns on custom ordered products due to the custom nature of those items that were made specifically for you.
ALL items being sent back for an exchange or refund MUST be in a NEW, unwashed & unworn condition with the "Little Five Designs" tag still attached. If items are sent back to us and they do not meet the above requirements you will not receive a full refund and the items will be sent back to you.
Do you accept custom orders? YES! Please e-mail us at email@example.com to start a custom order. Please be advised that once a custom order has been placed, there are no refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product.
